Consultation
A consultation is booked to review the project in more detail. This step is essential in the staging process, as it allows us to better understand the space and its potential. By visiting the job site, we’re able to assess the layout, flow, and any access considerations that may affect staging. With this insight, our team creates a tailored quote and proposed timeline for your review and approval.
Step 3
Conceptual Design
A customized staging concept is developed and presented for your approval. This strategy provides a general overview of the proposed design direction. For clients booking the Platinum Package, detailed drawings are also provided to help visualize the final layout. Any revisions to the proposed concept can be made at this stage to ensure the final plan aligns with your goals and preferences.
Step 4
Project Installation
We handle every detail from start to finish, ensuring your home is beautifully staged and presented in the best possible light. Our team takes care of all the setup so you can focus on preparing for a successful sale.
Step 5
De-Staging
After the project concludes, our team will promptly remove all staging elements, returning your home to its original state.
